Skip the sugary cereals with no substance in it and get cereal that's high in fiber or "dense" (like museli). Also helps if you add in fruit, nuts, etc. to make it heartier. I'll agree that organic (and "all-natural") is expensive though... even the prices of regular sugar-laden cereal has skyrocket …

I think your statement is extremely ignorant. Considering those who were born and grew up in poverty likely weren't given the best education, they probably didn't grow up learning about having a healthy diet.
